Favorites Fridays: Jouer Long-Wear Creme Mousse Eyeshadow

Remember, always apply with your fingertips, not a brush.  It can give you a little pop of color on your lid to just put your look together. To step it up a notch, use a more product and really layer it onto your lid to give a richer, more dramatic look. It is long lasting, for sure and won’t smear throughout the day, either!
